This vehicle is being offered for parts. 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse was in an accident. Rear passenger side. Upper control arm broke in half. Purchased car back from insurance as I know the engine and transmission are worth more than they offered me to dispose of. I still have the title. Engine runs, transmission works, car moves (but needs that control arm replaced to straighten rear wheel) - engine alone worth more than opening bid. Great parts car for a Mitsubishi owner. I will help with getting vehicle onto trailer, etc but buyer is responsible for all moving/towing expenses. Need car gone ASAP. For sale locally as well. Payment due within 7 days of auction end.

2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder non running 209000 miles Auto Trans 2.4 Cylinder inline 4 Car stalled at a light and never restarted. Engine turned over but no ignition. Had it towed back to the house with full intention of fixing it and ran out of motivation. This happened a couple of years ago and it hasn't moved since. The soft top leaked while it was sitting so the inside will need to be stripped and cleaned.. Rear seats in good condition. Passenger seat material is Ok but the drivers side has a worn patch. Local pickup only..will need to be towed obviously.

The factory A/C has been retained and still has its original charge. The short block assembly has approximately 4000 miles on it. The turbos were installed for the 4000 break in miles then sent to Garrett for a thorough inspection prior to installation on the current setup. The Quaiffe was installed 4000 miles ago by Turbo Trix who additionally inspected all components in the transaxle. The flywheel, clutch, and throw out bearing have 4000 miles on them. The engine machine work and assembly were performed by the shop that provided Bullish Racing - NHRA sport compact record holder, with engine machine and assembly services. The car has been base line tuned with the stock injectors and should be dyno tuned. It will also need a wheel alignment due to the new suspension components. The dash tachometer has not been connected. Selling due to other interests..........
